22c5fee48e Make chapters identifiable 
When long chapter names are being used, it may easily happen that parts
of the name is cut off. If this part identifies the latest chapter name
or number, it may make chapters indistinguishable from one another. This
makes it near imposible to select a specific chapter if the book has
many chapters.

This patch addresses the issue by starting each item in the list of
chapters with an index number.

This fixes #479

a391db5dc2 Change what is being called for version 
If I tried to grab version directly in the computed section, it would
throw a null error on reload in browser (didn't see any issue on an
actual device). Doing it this way fixes that

2180e2f649 Add server version to drawer 
This commit adds the server version next to the URL. It also adds a new
style to ensure that the text wraps properly if the URL is too long.
Trying text-wrap didn't work.
