Remove org.mozilla.mozstumbler

Browse source 
The interactive map is broken, and the primary upload feature is broken
on Android 10 and latter. We announced retiring the app at:
https://discourse.mozilla.org/t/retiring-mozilla-stumbler/75206
as well as on the source repo.
