Merge branch 'CoolReader' into 'master'

Update Cool Reader to 3.1.2-72 (892)

Enabled all archs (included arm archs that were disabled by default !!). This results in a *HUGE* 12 MB APK (compared to 3.7 MB if built for a single arch.), hence I filed this request to upstream: https://sourceforge.net/p/crengine/feature-requests/167/
