Florian Schmaus e8f81cdefb Initial import of Projext MAXS components.

MAXS is in an early development stage! Beware of bugs :)

MAXS is basically an Android service that creates a XMPP connection and
allows some predefined JIDs, called Master JIDs, to use this
service. Simple commands, e.g. "bluetooth disable", allow you to control
your Android device.
