Switch olm sourcelib to mirror while git.matrix.org is down. Explicitly point to the commit hash instead of a tag for olm because everyone can verify the commit is the same as in the upstream repo. The 3.0.0 tag signed by uhoreg/Hubert Chathi points to this commit.
