ab4c71bb43 Move build_tools/sdk version to main gralde 
- Helps avoiding issues between submodules and travis setup.
- It works only if all modules uses the same dependencies.

3181ffe559 New versions and changes so I can use studio 3 
Build file updates and fixes. New versions so this project can be opened in studio preview. This will allow us to use the new profiler to find the memory leaks.

2747b95ba9 Removed deprecated AARLinkSources plugin 
As per their documentation, AS 1.4+ automatically supports it,
so it's no longer necessary. (Plus, it blows up newer versions of
Gradle.)
