Prevents long words from overflowing outside of tab width in button

Changes to address github ticket: Differentiate Locked and Unlocked Backgrounds ( #4261 ). Added two new background-specific styles to customizer.styl and utilized them in profile.jade by checking for ownership of the asset and displaying a border or not, as appropriate

Make .meter-text nowrap to prevent truncation

* Add white-space: nowrap to .meter-text to prevent the meter text from
being cut off when the meter is very short and its content is long
(mainly an issue with the experience bar, which can easily have a bar
graph symbol plus one four-digit number over another e.g. 1,234 /
5,678)

Fix gem text alignment on the menubar.
...
I'm not much of a frontend guy so I'm not sure if there was some reason
for this one being different, but it throws the alignment off so I
assume it was a mistake.

fix(avatar.jade): change .notBackground to .noBackgroundImage
...
avatar.jade was applying a class of .notBackground, but the css in
avatar.styl used .noBackgroundImage.
* Changed .notBackground to .noBackgroundImage in avatar.jade and
avatar.styl
* Consolidated css and added more comments
* Amended spacing as Stylus wasn’t compiling correctly
* Removed #profileStable and .pet css as couldn’t find reference to
them anywhere else.
* Commented out styles indicating who is party leader for now. Need a
solution that doesn’t involve background color.
