fix #2155 . Since quest.leader is new, doesn't apply to quests started

before today. Show abort/begin for all quest members if quest.leader
doesn't exist, otherwise only show those options to the leader

between client & server. If the op is called on the client, it updates
the user & then POSTs to the server with op of the same name. If called
on server, it updates the user and user.save()s

...
some of this was done with an axe rather than a fine brush, so there may be issues we need to be on the watch for.
