Sabe Jones f1bbd92ceb fix(mounts): Relocate wing to head layer ...

Implements @baconsaur's revised placement of wings for Gryphon mounts. Avatars now sit behind the wing, which protrudes from the Gryphon's shoulder facing the player. There are further fixes to be done, but this should get us closer to the artist's original vision.
