ff3f1c590c fix(bosses): Use ceiling rounding for boss HP 
Corrects the issue reported by some users where boss HP shows 0 but they're not actually defeated yet. Man, Angular "number" directive, why you gotta round like that?

626da5681f fix(party): Round boss health up instead of to nearest integer 
If the boss has something like 0.2 HP it shows as 0 which is confusing
to the user. Let's round up instead.

Fixes #2504.

57cd53cfc9 fix #2155 . Since quest.leader is new, doesn't apply to quests started 
before today. Show abort/begin for all quest members if quest.leader
doesn't exist, otherwise only show those options to the leader

ee1cd3c05d [#1977] APIv2 WIP - start of a framework where operations are shared 
between client & server. If the op is called on the client, it updates
the user & then POSTs to the server with op of the same name. If called
on server, it updates the user and user.save()s

b431336463 more optimizations with bindonce, replacing ngIf with boIf. 
some of this was done with an axe rather than a fine brush, so there may be issues we need to be on the watch for.
